Customer Focus through IT

The SeaRoad board recently gave its approval for the replacement of all company software systems.

This is a major step forward as we continue to build our customer focused, “can do” culture.

James Bryant, Managing Director of SeaRoad said “this is a further substantial investment by shareholders in the future of SeaRoad. It will enable the company to leverage off the most up to date information technology to improve business efficiency and customer service levels.”

Whilst implementation is a significant task there is an unreserved commitment by senior management to having the new systems in place over the next 15 months.

All staff will be involved in the process (and many have already had input) to take advantage of the opportunities for improving the way we do business and our individual tasks. The benefits from these changes include helping us to do our jobs better and also providing our customers with seamless, value added services.
