SeaRoad Logistics has reviewed the current FSC applied to our customers. With the volatility of fuel prices, our fuel costs are reviewed on/around the 15th of each month. The adjusted FSC is applied effective the first day of the following month.
Based on a total business weighted cost model, the actual cost of fuel has been calculated and SeaRoad Logistics will be increasing its Fuel Surcharge to 13.78% across all linehaul and local rates regardless of the mode utilised. This adjusted FSC will be applied from Wednesday the 1st February 2012.
Please be assured that SeaRoad Logistics endeavours to minimise our FSC and will continue to monitor this charge monthly.
